With the way Nash talks, he seems to be well aware that he isn’t actually alive. He seems to be pretty confused about his revival during his storyline, though. My guess is he’s a living zombie who only has a certain amount of time in his body. The Secret Society probably don’t care about Nash’s presence in the long-term, so they powered him up with some type of energy that’ll keep him around long enough to at least eliminate Bison and Shadaloo. Once Nash takes Bison down, Nash will eventually fade away, leaving no connection to the Secret Society.
Just my little theory for now.
