You know something just hit me, I have a friend who says Sean doesn’t really come off as a brazillian because his name is american.
It may sound dumb at first but I do agree with it, even more so now because his mom, siblings, cousins and uncle/aunt all have very brazillian names… it’s just really odd when you think about it.

These were the only Final Fight bosses I could find (outside of Zombie Belger, but I can scan him later) so far, but I’ll go through it again to see if I missed anything.
I also have a few random albums with profiles of Sim’s son, wife, Karin’s butler, Julia (Guile’s wife), Mel Masters, the president guy from Gief’s ending, Kei, more random people, Urien’s G project (I don’t think we covered that yet), and all types of other stuff that looks juicy. Going to compile them for you, bak, so you can have the albums and come back to them at your own leisure.
When Capcom was making New Generation, they intended to have Sean as the only shoto. He would have been an American, which explains why he likes basketball over soccer. After Ken was added, Capcom felt having 3 Americans was kind of silly, so his nationality was changed to Brazilian.

Sean was originally conceived as an American from NY. He was going to be the only Ansatsuken user in SF3. Capcom panicked and added Ken and Ryu to SF3. They changed his country of origin but never altered Sean’s name. This is why there isn’t a Brazil stage in A New Generation. This is also why Sean has a basketball instead of a soccer ball.They did add a Brazil stage in Second Impact.
