YES! Oh man, I was not expecting Q to be the character of the day so soon. Also, it says C. Viper is investigating. Capcom, Q vs. Viper, that’s what we need, that’s the most sensible way to integrate Q into the game, DO IT!

Also, having Viper be the one that’s investigating Q is a great way to have the SF4/SF3 worlds interact imo.
I imagine they’ll touch upon Juliana, David and Richard the CIA agents later on, possibly altogether in one post. I mean, if Don Sauvage and “Those two guys in the intro to Street Fighter II” can get their own pages, they can too.

Connecting C. Viper to Q is indeed awesome.
That said, I get that they don’t know anything about his identity or his past, but something like, say, his height, they should still be able to figure out.
It’s possible that one of them is actually the “Jade Goat” person that Viper was reporting to in Bison’s story mode.
Really starting to think that the characters they leave out of these descriptions are likely the ones who will be in Season 2… I’d hope not, since I really want to play Q, but who knows…

Ehhhh, I don’t think so. Crimson Viper is called so because her hair resembles, well, a crimson viper. Jade Goat probably follows along with the same theme.
I hope Sean’s profile comes up soon. I’d love to see what they have to say about him.
Crimson Viper = Red hair resembling a snake.
Smart Raven = Black Hair resembling a bird.
Jade Goat = Green hair that resembles a goat? (Goatee and horns?)
Disregarding the color, Juri would be a candidate for the that codename I guess, since she has hair horns… but then again, this is only if we’re to disregard the colors.
It’s kind of why I thought Rashid was Jade Goat. He’s got the crazy goatee, and the jade was in reference to his eyepiece.
Oh that’s right forgot about Rashid for a sec… yeah it makes a lot of more sense for him to be Jade Goat, he has contact with C.Viper as well IIRC.
Now Smart Raven… well that could be a new character, I don’t recall any characters with hair resembling a bird… could be loosely based on hair style for this one though, but who knows.

From what I recall and to the best of my knowledge…Heidern was promoted for his incredible fighting talents and strategy skills. Hearing about his capability through his black market connections, Rugal hunts down Heidern while Heidern is celebrating with everyone about this promotion. Rugal being the asshole that he is, storms the party, butchers his way through a bunch of cannon fodder and challenges Heidern, threatening his family. Heidern rushes to protect them and Rugal beats the piss out of Heidern basically effortlessly and swipes out his eye. He then kills Heidern’s family for lulz because Heidern was too weak to protect them and tells Heidern he’s also too weak to even be worthy of Rugal’s collection of bronze-dipped fighters. He leaves.
Heidern leaves the military and forms his own Ikari Warriors mercenary unit.
Rugal continues being a bad-ass hilarious asshole.
This story also hi-lights one of the reasons I really like Rugal as a boss: the dude has ALWAYS been about fighting the strongest fighters. He’s Akuma before Akuma…but way more awesome about it and he acts with style and self-respect. There’s also no stupid air of honor or dignity about him. The dude’s a fucking sociopath and totally revels in it. Ironically, however, he’s SO AWESOME that he doesn’t even worry about 1v1 death matches. DUDE FIGHTS 3 v 1 AND STILL WINS!
Sorry. Rugal is one of my two favorite bosses (alongside Geese) of all time and one of my favorite fighting game characters period AND one of my favorite video game characters. Such a great villain.
Smart Raven is a character that only appears as a concept art, but his fate is summarised in M. Bison’s prologue story featured on the Japanese SF4 site.
