(The tennis shoe wearing ninja. One of the main characters of Final Fight and heir to the Bushin-ryu ninjutsu arts)
Name: Guy
Height: 179cm
Weight: 72kg
Blood type: O
Birthday: August 12,
Home Country: Japan
Favorite things: salmon rice with green tea, cold tofu, sneakers
Dislikes: Western writing (reading left to right)
A ninja who specializes in Bushin-ryu taijutsu. He excels in using quick and strong attacks. He is usually very calm and speaks in an old-fashioned manner. He’s also great at baking baked sweet potatoes. Also, here’s one more introduction.
This is him in his training outfit. He never neglects daily training. Although it looks a bit cold to wear.
He probably will still be in prison. Maybe they’ll update his look or give him a solid reason why he’s in prison but I doubt they’ll change his story that much (they haven’t for anyone else that’s appeared recently).
Surprised that Guy is once again being listed as from Japan.
Maybe.
I think for some of these entries, the characters that are getting more than one image might be telling. Almost as if they are predesigning alt costumes.
Ughhhh…Final Fight Revenge. I want to say yes but I know I’m probably gonna treat that as a subsection like the crossover titles which means it’s dead last on my list of covering. None the less, I’d still like to cover them (I just can’t get over how silly Zombie Belger is).
Also, I have an update I want to announce for the guide. Since this project is such a massive undertaking Pastebin can no longer handle the file size of the guide which now exceeds over their allotted “free” limit.
Therefore, I’ve decided to continue the project from my Dropbox which I’ll provide another link to (also in my sig). Link
Super Street Fighter Plot Guide II* currently has a 230 pg count as a Word file which is only a fraction of the comepleted vision of the project.
With new profiles of characters now being released daily and my back log of guide info I’ve yet to post this should turn out to be a comprehensive Super Street Fighter Plot Anthology with cross refrences in both Japanese and English scripts.
There are still entries from many FF characters during the Alpha era and stuff as well. For example, that creepy Predator looking black guy that’s the first boss in FF1, or that Edi cop guy. I’m guessing stuff like that would be more significant right now while the FF Revenge stuff can wait a bit.
Btw, damn, that’s a lot of information!! Gonna add it to my Dropbox as well.
Ooo ok Damnd aka Thrasher + the rest of the fodder Final Fight characters and all the bosses would definitely be a nice addition. Like I said a long way to go yet.
Since Guile’s SF2 stage is in SFV I thought I’d start with his stage description first… I noticed that a someone had pulled this and 2 other stage descriptions from the SF2 Complete File and posted them onto the wiki already so thankfully it saved me the time of pulling the actual script myself. There’s also a pseudo translation/ description of the event so whoever submitted the article understood and translated the text to provide a synopsis… Not that I care ultimately, it’s just interesting I’m not the only one who been pulling/ translating this information recently.

@Caio_Lins should make an edit of Guy’s fist pic just without the ponytail so he looks somewhat like the original FF design (maybe give him brown shoes and gloves too).
I guess the sequence of releasing for Maki’s and Guy’s profiles were more of a tongue in cheek reference to the number of characters they’ve covered. Maki training under the 38th generation of Bushin-ryu (38th character profile) and the Guy who’s the 39th Bushin-ryu master (39th character released).
Also interesting that they didn’t reference Bushin-ryu as a Ninpo “武神流忍法”, but as a Ninjutsu “武神流忍術”.
Black belt is a nice touch and a nod to Guy’s original look but I’m not a fan of the haircut and the white shoes. He now looks more a student than a master.
