Oh good! They used Ingrid’s Z3DU storyline on this? At least that’s what I could understand. That Vega used one of Ingrid’s crest and another thing (an amulet?) to fuel the Psycho Drive increasing his Psycho Power. And it was a nice touch seeing the SF2: AM final battle as Vega’s defeat.

Member of Vega’s personal gurad. By his order, she became responsible for collecting fighting data. But, it seems that her existence has a greater significance for Vega and Shadoloo.
Fighting Style
Her basic fighting style is to keep the opponent from a distance using fast leg strokes until find an opening so she can deliver a sharp blow. Despite her small body frame, it has a great fighting ability, since her muscle strength and neurological reflexes were artificially enhanced. Her specialty are attacks that use the legs. The elasticity of her body could be compared to the body of a gymnast, which allows to perform acrobatic moves.
Fashion Style
The uniform is given by the organization and its design is extremely cold and impersonal. It is a swimsuit that, despite being very light, has high performance and protects the neck’s vital point. To prevent injuries during violent combat, uses a large protector on the forearm and shoulder pads embedded. The clamp attached to the upper arm shows that she’s part of the Vega’s personal guard.

An evil, diabolical man, head of the secret organization “Shadoloo” and wielder of the negative “Psycho Power”. He captured (?) Ryu and plans to use him for the benefit of the organization.
Fighting Style
Crushes his opponents with extraordinary movements, originated from exceptional muscular strength and the incredible Psycho Power. The white-bluish light (which is the manifestation of Psycho Power) emanating from his body, imputes a feeling of terror and subtracts from the opponent all ability to judge serenely. There is no striking peculiarity in the style of his punches and kicks. However, his uniquely developed body seems to deliver each blow with tremendous push.
Fashion Style
This evil man who is at the top of Shadoloo, imposing authority not only by his actions and words, but also by his appearance. His black cloak, probably symbolizes the dark/dirty within. The red military uniform reminds us of the blood of fighters killed by him. The sinister cap, with the emblem of Shadoloo, never moves, even when in a deadly combat.

As a secret agent status of the special group investigating Shadoloo, we understand that the element mentioned above, the said experiment object, is an important witness, so we conducted the interrogatory.
- First, Allen was taken to a solitary cell. When he was closed in a completely dark room, he, who until then had not shown any reaction, began talking to himself.
“He, he, he, the darkness again.” - For the sound to better reach his ears (it seems that, his hearing was damaged, perhaps because it has been too long with submerged eardrums in seawater),
