An Undercover Interpol outfit for Chun-Li was something Chun-Li needed for a long time. I always figured her Battle dress costume would be a great undercover costume for “formal” events. But this one makes Chun-Li look like an absolute badass! The leather jacket with the tight pants and hair tied back in a ponytail are absolutely awesome! You boys just try to mess with her in a back alley. I dare you!!!

I am going to use this costume from now on when I play online. This swimsuit costume just looks better and more relaxing than her other one. I did have to dock .25 points for the dress wrap and another .25 for her wearing sandals instead of going bare footed. But even still, Chun-Li looks simply stunning, absolutely divine, and no matter what the weather is, I’m always ready for some fun with Chun in the sun.
Finally, her sleep wear costume just feels a little awkward. It feels they were trying to combine “sleepware” with Hooters waitress. I don’t know. I thought if they wanted to go sleepware, go for a nostalgic SFII Animated Movie sleep gown. But Chun-Li looks gorgeous in it. I’ll purchase it anyways, but I honestly believe this costume might be her second or third worst costume that she has this game. (worst being the skank Red Bull one. But oh my god, don’t get me started on the SFIV costumes)
I’m glad we’re getting more costumes and a new stage (that I will post later), but a single post must be dedicated to the queen. All marvel at her divine beauty, and bow down to your queen of Street Fighter.
Also, I just noticed this Menat costume replaces her crystal ball with a book. Interesting.

It’s back to school season and the start of a new academic year. Cammy, Menat, and Ed are prepared to walk the school grounds in their scholarly attire – hopefully, not looking for too much of a fight. Let these costumes remind you to always stay in school!

You know what I hate the most? When the game FORCES you to play with the alternate costumes. i. e. when in the “Random” slot. That shit must stop.

Giving Urien a Gill costume is like the most stupid idea ever. It’s like giving Ryu Ken’s costume and not put him in the game. Another misstep. I don’t even care at this point, though.
I can’t unsee that now, I’m imagining him fighting someone in a climatic battle (Q, with Oro hitting on femme cultists in the background) and Kolin walks by in her beachwear for some reason.

The Gill slight update looks rather good, is it just me or does he have markings on his feet and hands now? If he ever makes it into the game, imagine the “shimmering” effect will be used to set him apart from Urien, heck, I’m even expecting a slightly different, more Messiah-like stance.

I wanna hear the samples of the music pack. Interesting that now they’re really offering some really, really new stuff. Makes me wonder if they’re testing the waters with the music pack for other customizable feature packs, I expect weather cycles eventually.
It’s not a misstep if they have ZERO intention of adding Gill to the playable roster. It’s actually good marketing if this was the case.

The misstep IS not adding Gill to the playable roster. How can anyone who cares for the story of the series not want Gill to be added to the game as a plot device, but rather feel content with him being reduced to a mere costume?
Maybe they’re not planning on the story going that far yet. Maybe they’re saving him for SF6
He was all but confirmed until now. Everything in the story was pointing at his emergence. He didn’t have to do anything radical, etiher. Just show himself and wander around gathering people for his organization or something.
