That’s what I’ve maintained the whole time. It doesn’t make any sense for peter to have a random power because his power works on Empathy. He has to be able to recall how the person made him feel.

the fake Japanese is really shitting me. Apart from Ando and Hiro (although their pronunciations, especially hiro’s, are at times strange), no one seems to speak japanese without sounding stupid.
Well, those japanese people probably know japanese. I wouldn’t expect Mr. Bennett to have perfect pronunciation, his character isn’t supposed to know japanese as a first language.

I don’t think he ever met Eden (I don’t remember).
He has no magic voice. Its just Telekinesis like AW said. Think about Jean Grey or someone like her yelling “GET AWAY FROM ME” and someone being pushed back. Would you call that a magic voice?

Umm the voice change for peter was a “my voice is so loud it fucks you up” power wasn’t it? Eden’s was just to show that she was using her power. Having her power shown as just talking would have been kind of lame I guess, they had to add something in to spice it up.
I dont like simone, i think she had a bulletproof vest. they cant give every single person powers.
this was a bombass episode. this show can only go uphill now since only like 5 more episodes are left.

This was a really good episode. Like, they built up all the various characters and storylines a bit at a time and now they’ve turned it into overdrive. Nice.
I guess “Save the cheerleader, save the world” makes more sense now. Claire already probably just prevented a meltdown in Texas. If Ted/Peter ever does the same thing again, she’d be the only person who’d be able to get close enough to stop them.
Does Father Sulu know that Hiro has powers? If he did, would he turn him in? And…does Father Sulu have powers too? What about Hiro’s Hot Sister? So many questions.

Azrael: Not sure if Sulu knows his Hiro has powers or not. Also, there is the possibility that Hiro may have been adopted like Claire. But it’s seems unlikely since Sulu originally wanted Hiro to control the family company.
