So I guess that was Hana last night? at least I’m assuming it is her (based on the comics) but they never really introduced her last night which was weird. She was just there, I actually thought they were trying to maintain it so that reading online wasn’t exactly a necessity. I guess not, or maybe that was just a “tease” last night and her introduction will come when the enigma of Mr Bennet is fleshed out next week (parallel to Claude as well since they both have a history with Mr. Bennet).
Another nitpick I guess is why did Sylar leave the iPod blaring when he left if it annoyed him and it had enough battery life to last til morning? haha, I know I know, I’m not serious, I just don’t like to re-use and re-use nitpick talking points like “…something actually happened” and “it’s entertaining but not great” as if those are valid critical points which seem to plague every ‘Heroes’ message board.
Well, you may have missed the first few minutes then. It introduced Hana. Its kind of a “My name is Hana and here is what I can do, let’s stop this guy” introduction, with the “origin” being more fleshed out on the online graphic novels. I’ve been waiting a few weeks for her to show up. Fans of this show should really visit the NBC site and read the graphic novels, it adds to the show.
To add to that i like the way peter let his “girl” get peaced out. He was standing right next to her it seem’s like. I wonder if peter is going to try and use hiro’s powers to save her.

Not only did the thing not have a scratch on it, but it looked like it just got out of the detail shop while all the other cars around it were dirty looking and gritty.
I don’t get an ultimate evil vibe from Sylar, but he’s more of an asshole… he’s the type of guy that cuts in front of you in line, talks throughout the movie and talks shit behind your back.
I hope the next mutant he and mohinder find projects hyper sonic blasts out of their ass and his head explodes.

COULD Peter absorb the powers that Sylar has and possibly overload on them? And that fight, alone, will be bananas. Sylar just needs to gain some flight powers.

I think Sylar already has some flight powers (Telekinesis on his own body probably). As that girl with the super-hearing said “How come I didn’t hear any footsteps”, Sylar responds “I didn’t make any”.

Makes perfect sense. I could already imagine the DBZ like fighting through the sky. It’s gonna be dope though. Well, whenever it happens.
And the funniest part about all of this is Nikki/Jessica’s story. Her, DL, and Micah are just out of the loop. Even Psycop got into the mold. If you think about it, HRG has his brotherhood already. If he manages to reason with them and get out of this unharmed. Which doesn’t look to be the case for next week. That would have been nice to see.
And Mohinder is still the stupidest character on the show. He should totally die.
Yeah, and also, I think in his first appearance, it showed him float away from the cop and the Claire Danes look-a-like, right?

The local channel up here moved Heroes to 10PM and 24 to 9PM I think until I found another channel that had Heroes (so basically 2 airings of Heroes up here now instead of 2 airings of 24, makes sense I guess because Heroes is killing in the ratings), so I missed a minute or two.

I just downloaded it now, and goddamn I only missed 54 seconds! damn you local channel!
Sylar reminded me of Superman/Clark Kent when they showed his origin, with the glasses he kinda looked like Brandon Routh, plus he used a Crystal to knock that telekentic guy out I thought it was like a nod to Superman. Now he’s got super-hearing and flight, I’m willing to bet he’s going to get some sort of optic type power later on as well!

Peter has already has all the powers Sylar has, sans metal melting and super hearing. He just doesn’t know yet. That’s my theory.
Sylar can use all his powers at once, if he gets super healing, it’s GGPO.
I was thinking about this last night, Peter may have claires power, but he has to think of her to use it. It’s not automatic. So you could just sneak up on him and shoot him in the head, game over.
That is why Sylar has da advantage. He is Amazo, peter is Shang Tsung.
