Hi everyone. Basically I’m moving up to Norfolk from SC for Navy TAD and wanted to find people to play games with in VA when I’m not on duty. I requested to join the SOVA group today and I see that atomic comics is the place to be. It would just be nice to meet some of you guys before I went there so it might be less awkward for me. I really only play SF or smash, but I’ll try anything once. Nice to meet everyone.

I’m in Norfolk for business until the end of February and I’m staying up by the intersection of 64/264 (exit 15B off the Virginia Beach Expressway). I’ll probably try to hit up that Weds night thing.
I play BB/GG and I’m picking up KoF, but you guys seems to be more Capcom heavy. I’ll stop by regardless and I’ll probably go buy AE while I’m down here if it means I have people to mash against. Do people bring setups or is everything there already?
Oh shit, St1ckbug!? At Replays, you’ll find plenty of people to play in KOF and AE. I’m not sure how it is there as far as setups though.
As for BB/GG the scene here is close to nonexistant here for different reasons, but I’m sure you expected that. There’s more Melty action right now than both combined. Your best bet for those would be Dsinnie’s on Thursdays and Saturdays. We play KOF and AE there also.
