Thanks for the compliment… I actually threw out the super not cos I knew it would hit. But because I thought it would hit and just wanted to test it out cos the distance is about 3/4 screen and not full screen.
For me, in situations where you have to use super after your opponent jumps over the SB late, start the super with df instead of f is easier for me. Maybe it’s a mental thing but it seems like df holds the charge better. Don’t take what I say though, cos I really doubt that’s the case.
Also, I find that I prefer c.hp instead of cs.hk to AA his buttsplash as you can reset the zoning with a boom and increase the distance.
This honda isn’t very good. He doesn’t really understand when to jump against Guile and he doesn’t do pressure after buttsplash/knockdown. I think after buttsplash when I cross him up, he can actually jump back hp Guile when he’s going for the crossup. And he didn’t really made good use of Honda’s j.mp. I have a friend who plays a really good honda and I’ll try to take vids of matches with him if possible in the future.
Classic match of me playing Italian player Shril. I could honestly say that lack of knowledge about the game kept me from winning the match even more. Didn’t even know about crouch teching at the time. This was for top 8 out of 256 man bracket. Placed 7th. after Fuudo (Ryu), Daigo (Ryu), Luffy (Rose), Eita (Akuma), Shril (Akuma) and Kenpachi (Sagat). One of the best tourneys I’ve been to easily.
True except for the damn expensive AE cost per game lol… that’s the most annoying part about playing against people that really know their stuff and especially against the Yun army. Pay 6 Hong Kong dollars to eat dive-kick dive-kick geineijin over and over again
