Fyre Festival. It was advertised as a huge island getaway/music festival in 2018 that promised a lot of things but didn’t have the money/resources/staff to even come close to living up to expectations. When all the people got to the island they ran out of food in the first few hours iirc and they had to sleep in tents. It’s a messy situation you should look up the whole story.

That’s true of everything across all the series.
When he appeared in DB, Tien being able to stand in the air was a big deal. A few years later, everyone of any importance was free flying faster than a jet plane. Later, Videl would almost casually be taught to fly, erasing any possibility that there was anything remotely special to learning the ability. (And begging the question of why Videl never bothered to learn ki attacks, and why Roshi never bothered to learn flight.)
Kaioken was a difficult and dangerous technique to very temporarily double your power. But it wasn’t long after that it had become a red aura that Goku would casually throw out, with increasingly large (and increasingly meaningless) multipliers to show how super duper powerful his opponent was.
But do not forget that learning ki attacks was quite literally treated as a joke from the very beginning. You get a big build-up to the first time you ever see Master Roshi perform the legendary Kamehameha, a technique that gets around a minute of air-time in the anime. Goku, with zero training, mimics the motions (taking around five seconds in the anime) and successfully fires off a car-smashing kamehameha on his first attempt.
