Wasted in the sense that he doesn’t get much else for being a direct relative of Goku unlike Bardock who keeps popping up. Otherwise, I don’t miss him.
Dude would job to the Saibamen Nappa planted on Earth. You can’t get much worse than that. 
Imagine him tryna pull the Vegeta Redemption Arc and getting Yamcha’d.
Unsure if it’s ok to say Raditz pretty much was the same as a Saibaman even though same power level.
Power levels are a thing, actually knowing how to fight is a different thing.
I admit i haven’t heard many that want Raditz back.
Interests have shifted to other places when it comes to Saiyans.

This was true in Draonball, but Z onwards it’s all about who has the bigger power level.
Technically Goku has all the transformations, SSJ, SSJ3, etc…
Also Dragon fist.
Those are pretty iconic.
Kale and Caulifla not being individual playable characters at pretty much anything is a real waste.
Kefla was trash and she jobbed hard.
There was a greater emphasis on skill in Dragon Ball, but power levels mattered a lot there as well.

But i like Caulifla.
She is bitchy, wants power and ain’t taking no shit from anyone. Proper female saiyan.
I remember being blown away by Super Saiyan 3 Goku’s design when I first saw it.

Ehhhhhhhh that’s very debatable. It’s an innate Saiyan thing. Hell, he didn’t even got Red on his own unlike Vegeta.

SF players don’t like defensive options. I never understood why.
Once in Wrath of the Dragon, and apparently three more times in GT. Which arguably is all the more reason to never reference it again.

SSJ4 was a cool form though.
Much cooler then just changing hair colors like they do now.Talk about lack of creativity.
They also don’t like strong Neutral Tools, or high damage, or pressure, or DPs, or I-Frames, or strong projectiles, or strong anti-projectile moves.
Do they even like anything? Seems like they just hate everything.
