That’s pretty reasonable. Most of the cast is b tier or better.
Fulgore, aria, Rash, and omen were the consistent toppest tier.
Kahn ra isn’t even really bad, he just had a long fall from being borderline broken in S2. Sadira suffered a lot from system changes through the seasons.

Kan-Ra was a god back then. 
Remember Sadira back in season 1 had unbreakable combos because there was no air breakers? Good times for her players.

Well, orchid was the queen of unbreakable damage in S1.
Sadira was strong in S1 for the same reason that Akuma frequently is. There were no consistent answers to her air mobility options, so she was always low risk/high reward.
The nerfed the safety a lot in S2, and then system changes did the rest.
Sadira is still a legit character though.

My favorite thing about the game is that everyone was viable and had some dirt. There was so much variety in the tournaments when they finished their DLC. Wish they’d make a new one.
Bleh, KI doesn’t detect my Hitbox, so I’m playing on an old X360 arcade stick. Boo.
Well, the way KI is designed, you just don’t have truly bad characters very often.
You do however, have some very strong top tiers.
KI is a very good game, but I wouldn’t use it as the paragon of balance. It avoids having crap characters, but outside of that balance is just good, not great.

Wish I got into KI. Now the only unga I can smoke comes from 3rd Strike, and that’s some bland shit.
