I’m receiving the saddest asswhooping in the world right now. This dude is working so hard at beating me. Hitting like 50 buttons to do it to my 1.
Hasn’t anti aired shit. Hasn’t whiffed punish shit. Has hit me with hella gimmicks and system shit. Still out here struggling.
Gets cocky by holding back and then trying act all good, loses the game because of it. This is the stupidest shit.

It’s weird. After the update, I get matches smoother than anything I’ve experienced in SFV online before. Then at the same time you get the laggiest matches that feel like you never updated at all. I was hoping for a bit more consistency.

Speaking of this, how come whenever I try to tab back in, the game crashes on Steam?
Thanks to that story I also learned summoning a tornado inside a bathhouse is forbidden. And they say SFV doesn’t teach you fundamentals

It is being super inconsistent.
PS4 people seem to be the ones that are being hit harder with this.
I am yet to experience a match against a PC player where I don’t get eaten inputs and slowdowns.
But even against PS4 players it is being inconsistent. You really FEEL now when the PS4 player is on wifi. Shit gets unplayable.

If it’s crossplay or someone’s on WiFi, you about to get your inputs eaten.
I imagined it was one-sided rollback again, but nope, it’s on both ends.
The truth might be that there are an inordinate amount of people playing on wifi.
Capcom needs to release some numbers. I suspect there are SRKers leeching wifi from McDs.

Buncha people bitching about the netcode (not just here, everywhere.) but if Capcom implemented a WiFi Filter, thia game would turn into a Discord Fighter.

Except PC players aren’t experiencing the slowdowns or the eaten inputs.
All the people I talked to where there was lag on my end had the game running “smooth” on their end.

Ok, that makes no sense anymore.
I think this patch is really exposing the Wifi warriors. Like, before I could play with them and only get some minor rollback, but now it’s almost unplayable. I can’t blacklist them either because my list is full of ragequitters.
My player pool has shrunk quite a bit.
