The GranGlue Fighter Lounge: Corona Virus bodied Shadaloo Free AF

This is why I don’t understand how people can make several smurf accounts to constantly rank up. Not even to learn a new character. They’ll do it with their main. I play Golds, Bronzes, Silvers, Platinums, or whoever invites me to lounge, but I’d never feel right playing against them on a daily just to rank up.

So I have now an inofficial 80 game win streak in GBVS Lobbys.
Why inofficial? well I had 4 days in a row a 20 game win streak and then went either of or played with people in Player Matches.
To summarice my experience a bit.
Opponent: whiffs button.
Me:

Also Metera seems to cause an unusual amount of ragequits.

Ehhhh, who knows.

My connection with GG was always on the Story front, so I might actually adapt better to it if it’s slower-paced. We can definitely play some matches if the netcode is good.

Don’t get it either.
It won’t help you improve your game and you can’t contact them and tell them how to improve their game.
It is pointless.
I guess weak people need to do it to feed their frail egos by proving “they are better at a videogame” than lower ranked people.

Agreed, I have SFV on both PC and PS4 and I ain’t touched the PS4 version for a long time, its night and day. Out of 10 games 7 of then are normally fine while the others are either droping inputs/slow down or skip. PS4 has good games but tech wise the PS4 is trash, roll on PS5.

Yeah… There shouldn’t be any swimming in DOOM

This is what Pert’s saying.

This is how Pert really feels.

Like throwing a sucker punch? He’s not like that

What? that dude is great for the comedy of it and if you do art, then he is great for some of the broader things involved in doing art.

It looks silly on top, but he is taking a lot of the basic shapes used in drawing for his cosplay. But the way he goes about it is by repurposing things. There’s a documentary on netflix called…think it was The Art of Design; starts with a guy doing exercises of a similar nature but with the image of an iron (the ironing type of iron).

Probably helps that his main goal is to recreate images rather than prance around like an idiot.

And it has marauders.

Any level with marauders is at the bottom automatically.

Those enemies are fucking awful.

Edit: it is also filled with invisible walls, and tiny little ankle high ledges that you can’t walk over.

The quarantine got @Pertho starting to crack, he’s complimenting cosplay.

He even called the cosplayer a God.

The water sucks. The swimming sucks. The only thing I don’t like about the game so far.

Lol, why do you hate Marauders so much?

UHHHH What is happening here???

AT THIS CURRENT TIME WE HIT 86 ENTRANTS (ABOVE THE PROJECTED NUMBER, WHICH WAS ALREADY OVER THE PROJECTED NUMBER).

THIS IS THE BEST TIMELINE!

They break the flow of combat to an absurd degree and highlight the weaknesses in Eternal’s systems.

Every fight they are in is worse for their presence.

I can understand that.

Personally, I like fighting him because of how he breaks up the combat/changes the rules, but he was definitely over-used.

I think he should’ve been only used like twice - something like teleporting away before getting killed in ARC Complex, and then coming back only once later (maybe at the end of Nekravol) while being a little stronger, but that’s more to do with keeping him as a rival than turning him into a generic enemy.

Edit: I wouldn’t have minded if they made a different opponent with similar gimmicks that was used just as frequently, and instead make the Marauder very much like the Slayer, but only have him appear once or twice, while running, dashing, and double-jumping around with a rocket launcher or something. Make it like a sort of a deathmatch bot, in the absence of a deathmatch mode.
