I’ll use my example. I live with my father. He’s 70 years old. I can’t afford to let my guard down. If I do, I may get sick. And if I get sick, my father may get sick. And he’s in a very risky group.
Because I understand that not just me, but a lot of people are in a similar situation, I have to do my part as a human being and spread all the info I can about CoVid and make sure they don’t drop their guard either.
There’s no need for panic, but there’s need for caution and empathy.

For w/e reason a lot of people didn’t consider hospitals being overwhelmed and causing a lot of secondary deaths that big of an issue.
There are already some things working in the hospital setting involving Zinc and Vitamin D with regular care protocol. Also malaria medication and some of the HIV anti virals.
But the most crucial thing, is just slowing the spread so the medical system doesn’t get overwhelmed. The most important thing we can do is also the easiest: we literally have to put the whole world, or as much of it, on pause to limit the spread. Just literally sit at home and be a good neighbor.
That’s it.
It unfortunately runs contrary to our insanely busy lifestyles.
Like, even if you gotta go to work, it’s not that hard to take extra precautions when washing your hands or trying to at least get a mask for extra crowded places like the subway.
As long as people take things seriously, it’ll help out a lot.
And for fuck’s sake, don’t hoard all the damn toilet paper.
Pssh if my numerous runs of Pandemic, Pandemic 2, and Plague Inc. have taught me anything, it’s that this won’t be too bad.
Dude had the right idea starting in China but they made the mistake of unlocking the easily noticeable symptoms. The whole world knows about the virus despite only a small percentage being infected. They’re probably trying to save up their points now try to blitz us with the deadly symptoms later but I’m pretty sure vaccines are already in the works. gg
Whatever god is playing it this time with CoVid-19 needs to step his game up. Put me at the controls and I’ll have the entire human race extinct within a year. Two if I go afk.
My own mother is near 70, Type 2 Diabetic and she has respiratory issues. If I end up getting her sick because dumbasses like FSE go “Well none of YOU guys are at risk so stop giving a fuck” then I’ll be causing some death by myself onto the populace the old fashioned way.
We’re already past 1000 deaths here and we’re actually trying to contain the contagions, we’re still far from the peak.
Now think what would happen in the US with a similar spread

Getting off work early today (cause I went in an hour early everyday, not cause of COVID-19) so I want games of something in a few hours.
