I’ve stated my opinion on the case, and while i believe there is fault to be had in tamir’s parents, i wouldnt be a police officer publicly calling her a stupid bitch. The fact of the matter is they ran up on tamir and shot him before giving him a chance to respond, and unfortunately there really isnt much legal basis to fault them on. At least nothing on the level of manslaughter or murder. Maybe negligence.

With that being said, I have experience in the emergency medical services field. I’ve treated hundreds if not thousands of people in emergency situations (and countless life threatening situations). A medical professional is allowed to stray from protocol if he can articulate a valid reason for doing so. Your statement is invalid.
