Thats Lil B from that Cali teenie bopper hip hop group “The Pack” that made that song “got my Vans on but they look like sneakers” a couple years ago. He was at a party last month and the guy that snuck him was trying to get him to call his manager or some shit, basically trying to get someone semi-famous to give his music to someone that could put him on. But since Lil B is a big time stoner/coke head he was pretty oblivious andthe guy got pissed and punched him out.
