If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot,
the dots will remain only one color, pink.
However if you stare at the black ” +” in the center, the moving dots turns to green.
Now, concentrate on the black ” + ” in the center of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.
What intrigues me about that gif is the little triggers it does to trick the eyes. Notice that a couple dots have green edges to them to create the illusion and your eyes just go with it. No idea how the disappearing trigger occurs and why the pink just gets tuned out though.

I don’t have time to check the link yet, but if you stare at the dot at 3pm it definitely has some green on the top of it as it goes around, like 15-20% of it is green.
