Nope, since his yoga training is to the extreme, he would at least have more than enough sense to seek shelter via Water>Fire advantage, but then again, he’s probably not weak to water anyway…

Right now, I’m trying to think of another SF character weak agaisnt certain elemental processes
Ex. Water>Fire
Fire>Ice
Ice>Earth
etc.

And lets not forget that Dhalsim isn’t really that fast to begin with ( In running and walking ). The only way he can get around quickly is if he teleport’s.
His strecthing abilities is very ackward to me, but in all good use, Dhalsim has the ability to hit characters from afar.

Vega’s power as far as I can tell is a unknown substance…

Blanka may be weak agaisnt water since Lighting/Water don’t fucking mix. 2 people should fear liquid substance.
ha, Zapped = Ownage!!! Since he is often found in jungle’s, rivers are his worst enemy.
Blanka can swing on vines and overcome many obstacles. His jumping ability is just outstanding.
Maybe Ken or even Fei Long can’t withstand water. Ken can I think since he can do the shoryuken without setting his hand on fire…
Fei Long on the other hand usually sets his foot on fire when he does his special kicks…
I think Fei Long is trained enough to do his kicks without setting his foot on fire.
