Personal Problems
Well yesterday I was basically forced into acknowledging I have a real chronic anger problem. Iāve always been bad at managing my anger when it happens but it was pretty rare in the past since I was such a chill, relaxed person.
But lately (like last 6-7 months) its way outta control. Like chip on my shoulder ready to throw hands at literally anyone at the slightest provocation. Like not even bothering to hide my disdain for customers. Like getting road rage at things that never made me blink before. Like people asking me āwhatās wrongā when Iām fine (and I am when they ask but I guess not really reading this). Like yelling at inanimate objects when something just slightly inconvenient happens. You get the idea
Iād like to get back to my chill old ways, but Iām under a lot of stress. I canāt tell if Iām just angry at all my problems and itāll go away once I get things taken care of or I just have a general attitude problem. Iām afraid itās affecting (or will affect) my physical, mental, and social health.
Sort of related I guess, but I also have an enormous issue with people asking me for shit. Doesnāt matter if itās money, help, a text asking me a benign question, or even attention. Idc how basic it is I donāt want motherfuckers asking me for shit. Even someone looking at me like they might need or want something makes me want to throat punch them. Which is a gross over reaction, but yeahā¦anger issue.
