Mvc2 being at evo again is cool. I would complain about it not being open bracket but I can never afford to travel so whatever, not my problem. Shrug emoji

Cipherā€™s delusion level is so very strong. After all this time, and Iā€™ve only seen one meaningful post from him. I still donā€™t understand how you can come to a Capcom based forum, for people who enjoy the Street Fighter series and try to convince them not to enjoy playing games they CLEARLY ENJOY.

It would be like me trash talking whatever game he personally enjoys whenever he brings it up. It makes such little sense.

DC was pretty much the same hardware as the arcade i think.

It was almost exclusively the Dreamcast since it used the same NAOMI hardware that was used in the CPS3 arcade cabinets. The only real noticeable difference was that during DHCs there would be a little bit of slowdown from all the stuff on the screen but it didnā€™t affect the timer or anything.

PS2 was notoriously bad for just being a disjointed mess and the same can be said about the OG Xbox version.

The PS3 and 360 versions were okay but had noticeable issues in regards to combos (the ROM for example) and the ā€œcornerā€ was weirdly pushed away from the actual corner. Maybe it was something due to aspect ratio.

That being said, at this point the Dreamcast is the tournament standard more so than even the arcade version for legacy reasons.
