Ramsay Snow/Bolton is a sick fuck. Technically, there’s no explanation for how Theon fell into his hands, since in the book, Ramsay was pretending to be Reek from the time the war started until Theon sent Reek to find additional forces to help hold Winterfell. Reek went and got his army and armor, walked into Winterfell and slaughtered the Ironborn, took Theon and has been torturing him since book 2.

Yeah Sam is pretty much hopeless… they should just have him, the girl and the baby just leave to live out their lives in peace… but no way is he more hated than Joffery. Im guessing his usefulness will come into play when it comes to dragon glass weapon location.
