Anyone play GODFLAMEAKUMA and DJ QUICK in G1? Those are two angry players that love hate mail… haha or they just hate it, break a few controllers, and yell at the screen when they lose to Blanka!

I made it! G1 Promised Land!
I played DJ a few times… he’s pretty decent for a vega… at least I think so. Never got any hate mail from him yet… I did see some taunts from him tho… but karma kicks in and he loses :nono:
Actually I noticed a lot of people doing taunts after I hit G1 and today I got someone messaging me complaining about throws. I thought the crying would of stopped once you hit G1 lol.

G1 is a very hostile environment. But it might be the case that I’m using Ken, and people disfavour that character from the 1000 flow charts in G2. I’ve had a lot of people throwing taunts at me, and lots of sagat whoring.
No offence to VoFam, but for being #1 with 60000 GP+ - his Sagat wasn’t exactly that threatening, and I was only 1 combo away from beating him…
I won’t mention his name - but I felt very sorry for beating a G1 Ken Flow Chart yesterday, and he had 14600 GP … like DAMN - that’s like over 80 losses in a row at least…
I have to admit it’s way more fun to fight in g-1 people know what they are actually doing

Some of the competition in G1 is pretty damn good.
I’m having a lot of fun fighting guys like TongariDan and Shin-Akuma204…
But there are SO many scrubby fucks that couldn’t pull off a 3 hit link for life of them, mostly tier whoring Sagats that just mash out TU during every block string. It’s amusing, really lol.

G1 is all I hoped it would be, lots of strong players that know what they are doing, a though environment to say the least… I have played VoFam, once on a final match, and he is crazy good… there are scrubs yes, cheapos mainly, you will find the guy that abuses Akuma’s fireball game, the ones that use Seth as cheap as he can be, and there are the ones that are just awsome…
More than a place to get mad over losing, its a school… It’s not so hard to get there, but to me what has been hard is increase my points…
I feel that it will be just as it was moving form G3 to G2… when you got to G2 there were no scrubs there… It was until some days after you got there, that the majority of players moved up as well, by then you would have practiced a lot against the good G2 players…
When current G2’s get to G1… the ones on G1 will have their chance to increase their GP… kudos to those that Increase their GP now… Last night VoFam was at 64000 and when I disconnected he was at 65000…

I would say that most of the those people with lower then 15k GP in G1 are due to the loss of GP bug that PSN likes to throw at people every once in a while. With losses anywhere form like 150-2000 it would explain why some people have really low GP like that.
I think I’ve fought him the guy just jumped around me tried to cross me up without the cross up

I find that i go burnt out of only playing my main so i started messing around with other characters and that makes it hard to progress at any decent rate lol.
g1 is hard! there are really good ppl there…either that i or i really suck. right now im just floating around 15500ish…
I’m nearly glad I suck, finding good connections in G2 is hard enough. How long does it take to find a 4 bar connection for you few Europeans posting here?
I gave up with online its near impossible to find good connections in the G2 bracket I can’t even imagine how bad it is in G1.
its going to be a long time before i get to G1, i am merely a ryu scrub trying to get a consistent game out of myself, cause i fucken suck real bad.
