Ive seen speed runs that skip the whole game so a speed run skipping fights aint shit.

I can use the level complete/skip code to get to the ending of Star Craft in minuets, does it count as a speed run? If I glitch by and skip 99% of Mario 64 to see the last boss and get to the end, did I really speed run though Mario 64?
I mean there is something neat about that, that is impressive to, a lot of those exploits are hard to activate. No where close to my favorite speed runs, but interesring anyway.

Well its the discussion that almost end up in flame wars in Speed Running Forums.
It got so bad that it split many of the speed running communities into two.
Like I said in the Super Metroid scene, those friendly aliens you can chose to save in the end, that will always be looked at in Super Metroid speed runs, the other guy could have the better time but still lose because he skipped that one completely optional step.

Depends on the catagory I would say. Iād say the pets are part of the 100% even if they donāt get tallied. But hey thats me.
This guy does better on Nightmare with only a combat shotgun (with stickies only) and melee + equipment attacks than I can with a whole damn arsenal!

Not a First Person Shooter, but a First Person Slasher that reminds of Doom Eternal a lot, so I thought it was worthy to post here.

I was very interested in that game also, it looked pretty nuts. Have you played the modern Shadow Warrior games? They are criminally underrated.

I finished the first game and was most of the way through the second when Doom Eternal dropped. Both games were pretty fun but I started on the harder difficulty and I found guns to be only useful occasionally. The sword builds in this series are GDLK compared to the gun builds, at least from my experience.
The main character is named Wang and both games have ridiculous amounts of dick jokes.

Anything that has The Touch in its trailer has me sold lol. Iāll look into getting them on PS4 (my PC isnāt strong enough but it looks like theyāre on it).
Also, for nostalgia sake for us old folksā¦
I tried the demo of that Ghostrunner game. Its a cool game but it doesnt control like a typical fps game. The controls are actually kinda whack and it took me a bit to get use to.
This is out today. Shit looks pretty fun to me.

I didnt play Shadow Warrior but Ive been playing Shadow Warrior 2. That shit is pretty crazy and its cheesy. Like a good cheesy action flick from the 80ās.

I just beat Extra Life Mode on nightmare and got that phobos skin!
Iām still a ways away from being able to do UN, but when i tried this like a week or two ago, i died my last death on urdak, and not only did i beat the game this time, but did it with 24 lives left, so if anyone doubts their skill in this game, donāt worry, just keep practicing and youāll get better.

So, XBox/Microsoft is planning on acquiring Bethesda, which makes me wonder if future Doom titles will come to Playstation. It may be time to get a decent PC.

Iām hoping theyād still release future DOOM games on PlayStation. It seems pretty shortsighted to go exclusive with that IP when there are so many people who would otherwise buy the game for PlayStation. Thatās potentially a lot of money MS would be missing out on.
