VILLA!!! the boy done good

all i can say is it wasn’t a victory for spain it was a victory for football.
Thank fuck i wont have to watch the ultra negative Portuguese at least for another2 years.

Dirty clueless fuckwits, ronaldo did nothing again, good job trying to spit at the camera, no class greasy mug.

Spain played ok they kept the ball well but they really have to try some other type of football rather than there ticky tacka whatever the fuck it’s called it’s gonna cost them big, everything through the middle ramos and villa are the only players not afraid to take players on, thought the boy lorente done well when he came on, maybe give him a go because torres was shit again.

Was that a definite red card then because i didn’t see it, the replays just show capdavilla going down, mark lawrenson seems to think it was, even if it wasn’t costa should have gone for that clothesline on villa mid way through the second half, not to mention hit from behind on villa to

Another thing i thought the ref had a great game, and he was south american to, put me in my place

One replay angle that they played after the game showed him glance at Capdavilla then throw the left elbow out at him before the ball had even got there. Fair dismissal imo.

I missed that angle, got a link for it? Been looked for awhile but only got the first angle (which misses the elbow).

the very last one, hard to make out

Being from a Portuguese family, I can confirm we Portuguese share something in common with Dr. B: a rich heritage of talking big. Where we differ from Dr. B is results: he actually delivers.

Edit: Yea 0:13 on the one Leon posted is the clearest afaik

Thanks for the links both, I keep pause & play and it is still very very hard to see…
Oh well doesn’t change the result

you definitely see his arm come across, the commentators even though its in a foreign language seem to be ok with the sending off from what i can gather

ughh…

This has been a bad couple of days for the teams I follow.

I guess now I’m just cheering for Maradona. Not so much Argentina, just Maradona and his insanity to continue to keep me entertained.

PortugLOL!

The ref was pretty decent. Especially when he says “Fuck you Christiano Ronaldo” early in the match!

I’m hoping he runs on the field and punches another ball into the net, and the refs allow it.

Hey, the way the refs have been this tourney, it can happen.

 Word.

So, so, so glad Portugal are out.

World Cup 2010: Model Larissa Riquelme promises to run through streets naked if Paraguay wins title

Paraguay! Paraguay! Paraguay!

“Riquelme isn’t the first person to promise a little streaking if their team wins the World Cup. Argentina head coach Diego Maradona said he’d run through Buenos Aires nude if his team brings home the Cup.”

oh shi-

In the world cup of FiFa 2010 Brazil is very strong team,They have ability to win the Final Match.

Brazil has the best defensive line in their history though Holland is good team, they will advance.

Germany doesn’t play good games but they do what is necessary to win and I think they will be finalist or 3rd place unless Messi creates another miracle.

I could say Spain will get the title if Torres was in his top form like in Euro 2008. Sure they will beat Paraguay, sorry for Larissa Riquelme fans :lovin:

Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan suspends team for 2 years due to bad performance. I am not joking.

BBC Sport - Football - World Cup 2010: Nigeria president suspends team

!Paraguay!
!Paraguay!
!Paraguay!

hahaha

Apparently a lot of the bad refs got sent home already: 2010 World Cup: FIFA confirms blundering officials have been cut - ESPN Soccernet

Fifa needs to allow the Nigerian government to do this, their whole system is corrupted to the core. They have players who lie about their age, players that have bought their place on the team, talented players don’t picked because the coaches are getting paid by rich families. They’ve managed to destroy one of the most promising teams from Africa, now it’s time to rebuild.
