Yes. 100% yes. Why even watch something that ends up being so arbitrary? Itās like playing a fighting game and the computer randomly takes off chunks of your life throughout the round. You would quickly stop playing that game.

Football is not perfect and yes refs are really fucking up the world cup and yes something has to be done but does american sports get it right every time?
NO even with replays they still fuck up calls which to me is 100 times more ridiculous than any ref making a blunder.
they dont fuck up replay calls in games where 3-1 score is a bloodbath. I am a layman. I have no axe to grind. I want to enjoy this. But every single game I have watched has been marred by the worst most inexplicable calls I have seen in my sports-watching life.

I have to say this world cup has been really really bad i dont remember a world cup as bad, and i will say this, fifa really needs to choose there refs better, i donāt like south American refs if you look at all the really bad calls iād love to know which ref was officiating or which country the ref was from.
Itās a shame your enjoyment has been ruined i blame the players diving around faking injury just cheating in general, it really is a cancer on the sport but fifa/ uefa have pretty much giving cheating the green light in not punishing these cunts, i belive somebody from uefa called it gamesmanship.
I dont like defending refs but i do think they have a really hard job and there not helped by footballs governing body

On a side note a yellow card is not an auto suspension for the next match if you pick up 2 over two seperate games then youāll miss the next game ie the 3rd one, but once you progress futher in the tourney any yellow cards you get are taken away and your reset back to normal, itās another thing fifa have fucked up this world cup,but there when refs are handing out cards like nobodys business it just makes the system a joke

Props to the japanese though they play decent football and really defended well, hondalooks a really good player as does i cant remember his name the number 8 i think matsui or something, the whole team worked really hard but they had abilty to.
