Perhaps we get a Zoom#2 for next season at some point? I’m sure it will be quite the mystery for the characters, with them trying to figure it out, like "…Wells/Eobard got erased from time…so…who is this one?!" This is in addition to Grodd and the occasional cameo from other heroes… Jay Garrick, possible Killer Frost reveal at some point (I’m curious to see my honey Cait in whatever outfit they have for her)… there’s so much more material here for the writers to play around with…

edit: so i was looking for a clip of the garrick helmet…and i came across a article about it appears in the legends of tomarrow trailer.
so most likely rip hunter bout to show up and save flash’s ass. since the helmet has now appeared in 2 separate series. unless jay somehow shows up for w/e reason. though personally max seems like he’d be a better fit than jay as someone to show up and teach barry shit.

I’m glad Barry did the right thing. And his father was right. And I sort of had a feeling we wouldn’t get flashpoint because we still need to see a “fully functional” Grodd making Barry’s life harder than ghetto fathers. LOL!!!
I like when the helmet dropped and Well’s says that’s his cue to leave. I might need to re watch this ep again. Diff saw they spent their CGI budget on this ep and then some.

As someone who knew only very basics about The Flash before this show became a thing, every new villain I learn about sounds goofier than the next.
I do like that the producers chose to completely embrace the absurd happenings in comic books though. A psychic gorilla sounds ridiculous until you see it on the screen throwing dudes around.
I did expect the show to suck ass at first. Flash’s rogue’s gallery is chock full of silly villains with silly names. One of the main reasons I never cared for the Flash. They handled that aspect very well though. I still think the Reverse Flash suit is still odd but they did a much better job than what it is in the comics.
