Yeah, all kinds of stupid in this episode. I won’t even complain.
What I DID like about this episode is Iris’ feelings for Barry and why she would be open to getting together with him. I wonder if they’ll eventually make it happen or be like Arrow where they sort of date but then don’t and keep it in the background for a long time.
The episode was great until the end. The level of stupid in display ruined it for me. It also that the show is gonna drag on the mystery of the iron mask guy.
You know the part that really bothered me? When Zoom shows up with Wally at the lab, they start talking and then he’s about to release him when Wells AT THAT MOMENT DECIDES HE SHOULD COCK HIS GUN. You telling me you were pointing a useless weapon at the start? The fuck is wrong with you?
Meh, the cocking of the gun isn’t a big deal to me. Movies and shows do it for dramatic effect regardless of when the proper time should be. I’m pretty sure there have been big name series where a person cocks their gun twice.
Cocking the gun in that instance is extremely stupid since his target is someone with super speed.

Just because Barry is faster doesn’t automatically mean he can do a Speed Mirage. You don’t gain abilities just based on being faster than someone else.
