I don’t think it was a realistic expectation that Supergirl would maintain its initial pilot episode ratings. We all knew it would drop and so far it’s one of the better rated superhero tv shows on the air. As for the show’s quality, well there is merit to both sides of the argument. The feminist "I’m a woman you better acknowledge how great I am because of my vagina"pandering was extremely cringe worthy and had no business being on the show. However it was only for like a scene and the show rarely revisits that territory. The show fluctuates between being good and aweful. A very inconsistent experience and it has a terrible overarching villain. The show just needs to find its groove and I think once season 2 drops the show should improve considerably.

The newspaper the Reverse Flash used in Season 1 to keep track of the future mentions Bruce’s company by name. Add to the fact that Oracle apparently exists as does Bludhaven and it’s not too hard to put everything together.
Though honestly I’m stunned that they got the Oracle namedrop in considering they killed off Amanda Waller in the same episode.

Characters act stupid too often and show likes to focus on romantic plot tumors for Flash to be my #1.
The flash is pretty much in its own tier as far as superhero shows are concerned. It’s the closest thing to a live action Bruce timm animated show. Carter is easily the best female lead show though and probably a solid second. The only Netflix show I think is really good is DD. Jessica Jones is good but it dragged on too long and overall I prefer carter over it.
