Another theory. Zoom is a time traveler like Reverse Flash. Zoom is The Reverse Flash!!!
If Zoom and Reverse Flash are not the same then it would have been cool for Zoom to pop out of nowhere when Reverse Flash and Flash were racing around the particle accelerator to stop them both in order to steal their speed!!!
Flash should have told Reverse Flash, that “another has that title of the fastest… Zoom”
