I think Microsoft’s press conference may have got pushed back by 30 min…IGN has it as being 10:30 PST on the side. …They have random video’s playing on their live stream right now.

Cliff is on now, talking about Gears of War 3. They are going to show a 4 player co-op. ITS VERY LOUD & VIOLENT!! Cliff also mentioned a new game mode called Beast they’ll reveal more later.

Okay, since no one really convered the MGS.
They showed the new Rising game featuring Raiden; first opened with a CGI where Raiden cuts the shit out of this robot, then busts his spine with his raw power.
Next it showed in-game footage of Raiden going through street ( much like the intro to MGS4 in the desert ) where he’s cutting through enemies. It opens up with a hack and slash sequence that looks nice in itself, but then takes it up a notch by featuring bullet time and having an engine where you aim the direction of your slash. After you aim and slash, it makes near perfect cuts on the body and looks wonderful.
It closes with Raiden skillfully cutting a watermelon, and the game asking " What will you cut " .
I posted up all the links to the streams up at the front with people that have live blogs. I checked them before the conference started to make sure they were correct and even added the exact link to GT. Someone said something about a youtube link earlier and I tried to get it.
