So apparently SCOUTUS can challenge a presidential pardon if they smell fuckery?
Remember Nixon could not pardon himself, he had to get Ford to do it (it was never clear why).

It really makes you think if it’s worth living in this country seeing that it is a tug of war between two insane and ludicrous political cults.
I don’t understand why trump followers can’t see the obvious.
Given how rich trump is, he has absolutely no need for a 2nd term. Even if it is just ego, he already proved all who shitted on him wrong by becoming POTUS, and it’s not a better life than what he had prior.
The only thing reason why he is that determined is because he is desperately trying to save his ass from prison.

It’s true.
The country is divided between people on one side who think the entire media system, the entire political opposition, the entire federal bureaucracy, the wealthy elites, half of the party they support, and more are part of a global communist conspiracy to resurrect Soviet-style communism in the United States, that Biden clearly stole the elections because his rallies were allegedly smaller than Trump’s, and that Coronavirus is simultaneously harmless and something China should pay for since they produced it in a lab and unleashed it on the world for some reason.
And on the other side you have people who want healthcare, protest police brutality, think climate change is real, and love to bicker among themselves between the moderates who end up getting nothing done and the progressives that have a history of using rhetoric that ends up turning people away from stuff that would otherwise be largely approved.
Two insane cults, really.

On one hand it’s good that the internet radicalization machine and the misinformation that’s being spread by Trumpers is being halted somewhat.
On the other hand I will never be comfortable with private corporations working for a profit having the authority to decide what’s allowed to talk about politically or otherwise in de-facto public spaces.
