Affidavits and other hearsay can’t be used as evidence to establish fact, only to support facts brought by actual physical evidence.

actually that was disproven long ago with the young girl, he didn’t spy on those girls, he kicked epstein out of his club and never was on any of his flight logs. Never heard about him bragging about sexual assault on howard stern, but if you’re talking about his “they let you” comment, the keyword is “let.”
