Thinking about it now, the Senate has to approve any appointments by Biden, by going bipartisan and having Dems and Republican in his cabinet, the Republican majority Senate is more likely to approve Biden’s appointments. Especially if do nothing Mitch McConnell has anything to say about it.
I think its Mitch McConnell rather than the Republicans in the Senate that will be Biden’s biggest adversary.

It would already been Nuked if it wasn’t the fact he was President, too much of what he said already violated Twitter’s rules and agreements. That Trump’s own cronies got their accounts banned for much, much less.
I am sure Twitter made sure to back up every Tweet and is more than happy to give copies to authorities once an criminal case opens.
