If there was no Covid this year, I think Trump would have won by a narrow margin.
It pains me to say that the deaths and the economic upheaval were probably more instrumental in Biden’s win than racial injustice alone.
This was a pyrrhic victory.

I completely agree. More people voted in this election due to knowing that mail-in ballots and early voting was a thing.
Humans are inherently lazy. Voting without having to go anywhere played into that.

That’s what makes all of this hilarious. You can look early in the thread and there was a proclamation of sodium made. Then tables turned. Now it’s about letting the process work for itself. In previous threads there were statements that Trump won only a day or so after the projection was made.
Trump is doing his best to sow the seeds of doubt with the election and work to circumvent the vote by the people. This is the one time that he can’t bully his way out of the situation. His extreme followers built a campaign on liberal tears and telling people to suck it up only days after the 2016 election. Now we have to be patient because Trump has never experienced loss he is unable to weasel his way out of it.
This song and dance number is tiring. The game is basically called at this point. States are certifying their results with no real path to victory. I refuse to believe that people on a fighting game forum don’t know what a loss looks like.
It’s over, GG, hopefully he’s around in 2024 and you can break out all of the soon to be discounted MAGA gear.
