Yup, that’s exactly why police now wear body cams, eye witness testimony has proven to be highly unreliable from both sides of the law. Neither police, nor citizen testimony is trustworthy majority of the time.
Eye witness testimony is really just used to bolster actual evidence and give it more weight. It’s never used as the main form of evidence.

Only an extreme genius like Trump can gain so much influence and power in a short amount of time. He is a Master of Chaos and Order and pretty much none of you guys here can ever comprehend that. He uses the tactics of Tzun Su masterfully.
There is a reason why the Chinese highly regard his book The Art of the Deal. The reason why is that they recognize Trump’s genius. The Art of the Deal is basically the Art of War by Tzun Su.

Gotta love how Trump bullies the entire Republican party around, and ever since Trumpers have become the base of the Republican party this works splendidly. Trump gets to punish the Republicans that don’t follow his antics by attacking them and leaving them at risk of losing electoral support, while he rewards his sycophants with praise (like he recently did with the two guys up for the Senate in Georgia).
Only Romney seems to escape this fate because his electoral base is made up of Mormons, and doesn’t have to rely on the whims of Trumper shitheads.

Donald Trump has been around since the 80s. I think the old adage goes that it takes years to become an overnight success.
Let’s also remember that Trump had access to a large amount of capital. He still bankrupted 4 times with that.
As a person who has read The Art of War and The Art of the Deal, you are honestly giving Trump (and his “co-author”) way too much credit.

Deal making and war are basically the same and somewhat different. They are both about making decisions and being at an advantage as much as you can. Confusing the opponent is also part of it. In perfect battles you will never lose, but that is rare.
Trump had help and born with an advantage and he did make some mistakes.

No, they are not the same. War is a tool that is used when politics/ diplomacy has failed.
Yes, but the difference is that war is about victory where a deal is about negotiation and compromise where you maintain the advantage of your own interests.
Again, you don’t wage war in a contract negotiation. It’s about coming up with terms that ideally are mutually beneficial for both parties. The goal is to not take any added liability, minimize risk, maintain your interests, and maximize return.
