DWO is okay but you must have to tolerate the language barrier alot. There are too many strategy guides on many different things and the registration process is pretty retarded too (having to register under 2 different sites which are all in japanese).
I played it for 3 days then hit a block to figure out who to talk to in order to participate in the big battles (current generation/patch is Chi Bi) and honestly it isnt worth it. Slows down sometimes too but thatās just the DW way.
English speaking players play DWO but you have to find them. Most of them are aligned w/ Shu last I heard.
From what Iāve been playing he (with everyone) got nerfed some since the SP no longer cycles through the three levels, instead itās just one real long SP which will still rape shit when it comes to one on one. Eh guess if youāre talking in a sense of going against an ace heās still just as good but I wouldnāt say better.
Shu is awesomeā¦I start all my DW games playing for Shu.
Again, Iām hyped that WO2(PSP) and WOZ are coming to the statesā¦Iām glad I held out on getting WO2.

Actually, there was an english trailer for DWO a few years ago so there was some thought into bringing it to the US. No word from Koei America or the like so basically, its still in the air.
Donāt get your hopes up tho.
Suits with easy semi-infinites in DWG2: Epyon (SMS Team discovered this) and Zeta (I discovered this).
Both are the same: combo that ends in Y button attack -> dash attack -> X, X, X (donāt let the Zetaās third X āshootā), Y -> dash attack -> repeat. Replace the last Y -> dash attack sequence with SP attack when out of boost. For Epyon, the best starter is X, X, Y (unblockable). For Zeta, X, X, Y will break a guard AND is a great starter on its own.

Still, I thought it was cool because it basically showed an idea of Empires mode. I canāt wait to start off my CAW as some merc for hireā¦and it has dat Wu wigga Zhou Yu in it.

Thatās right. Some suits do better with just X, X, Y after a dash attack (Charās Zaku II, Destiny Gundam, etc.). Actually, this has become something I DONāT like about the game: with Minovsky Drive (and even without), any suit that can do this just DESTROYS Aces, and one of the tough parts of the original is when Aces got involved. Haman and Scirocco were MAD scary to fight in DWG1, but in 2, all Aces save MAYBE the Musha Gundams and some Hard mode Aces are just easy as pie.
I hate Shinn. Thatās why my Gym Ghingham has the Destiny license, so I can use a guy with the Destiny (which is great and looks mad cool) without having to put up with the mind-bending urge to slap the fuck out of Shinn Asuka.
Thatās why I love Master Asiaās story, which is basically ābeat the shit out of the SEED kids.ā
