If people wanna go they need to let me know TODAY. I’d prefer to leave Friday night and come back Sunday morning because it’s a 6 hour drive. Or maybe leave early Saturday morning. Whatever. Anyway, I looked at the hotel and for 3 nights with 4 people it would be $50/person, one night $25.
EDIT: Also, someone please bring a TV. The only portable one I have lags.
I’m gonna pass on NC. I’m really trying to head down to richmond though. Anyone driving that has room? My car at the moment probably isn’t the best route until I figure out what’s really up with it.
For the longest time our only noteworthy tournament series was Lucky’s in Greensboro, but that has pretty much died out. We still have Gamefrog in Durham and Rock 'em Sock 'em in Charlotte but those get generally low entrants. We also have a weekly with NCBC in Wilmington hosted by Roski. Elite Zone is pretty much acting as the replacement for Lucky’s as NC’s main tournament series. Last time we had 61 entrants which was about 99% NC players. This time we have a lot of SC and GA players coming down and I just want to get VA in on the action.
So yeah, come on out. Even if you don’t I’ll still come to CW3 and convince y’all to come out.
You have any hotel info? The best I can find is the Comfort Inn at $100/night.
What times do y’all plan to check in on Friday and out on Sunday and how many rooms do you need?
