Well its back to Mario & Luigi for me. I’m at Hoo Hoo University and it has been overrun by monsters/ghosts. So once I clean that place out I have no clue what the game will have me do next.
As much as I love my Mega Man games I’m going to lay off MMX6 for a while. Sorry X. Sorry Zero. Looks like evil will win this time.

Oh I have MMZ and and beat it. Awesome game. Visuals, sound, level designs. Just awesome. I’m going to get MMZ2 soon. The price dropped to $20 at Funcoland. As for X7, I’m getting that this week. The price dropped to $24.99 used at Funcoland with instructions. Man, I love price drops.

Along with Mario & Luigi, I’m also playing Street Fighter EX3. I don’t like it as much as I do EX+@ but the game is still good. I’m working on beating Original Mode with all the fighters. I was happy when I unlocked Kairi as a hidden fighter. I just hope Akuma is also one of the hidden fighters.
I finally beat Shenmue II… I am so disappointed right now :(. I was totally into it for the first 3 discs but then disc four happened.

I never realized how much fun using Vega could be until I used him in SFEX3. He’s got some sweet moves and his reach makes him even better. Sky High Claw is one of my fav moves. Too bad most foes see it coming a mile away.:bluu:
You’re actually buying it? I guess you can speak Japanese then…as for me, I just downloaded the DeJap version, since I don’t speak a lick of the language. Great game though, it bitchslaps both Legend of Mana and that pathetic half-assed wanna-be, Sword of Mana.
I actually put MMX6 back in today. What in the world was I thinking. Even with the code for the Ultimate Armor X6 is still an irritating game. I finally see how screwed up some of the level designs are. There are a few blind jumps in Commander Yammark’s stage-blind jumps laced with SPIKE PITS!!! Way to screw up Capcom. And I thought High Max’s ridiculous method to be defeated was the only thing wrong with the game. I’m buying MMX7 this week and it had better not be messed up like X6 is.:bluu:
In better news I only have the top row of fighters to go and I’ll have completed Original Mode with all fighters in SFEX3.
Hate to burst your bubble, but Akuma is not in the game. Storyline-wise, Kairi killed Akuma and took his place.

I want to start playing the Silent Hill games after I beat Eternal Darkness on GC. Would I be missing anything continuity-wise if I skipped part one on the PS and headed for Parts 2 and 3?
Or are 2 and 3 separate stories with different people?

I pulled an all-nighter and finished SFEX3. Kairi had one of the best endings in the game as did Skullomania. Shadow Giest was very fun to play as and I hope he’s in EX2+. Now I need another game to play with M&L.:eek:
X7 is shitty. The 3D segments suck big time, especially when you’re playing as Zero. And several of the bosses are just annoying as shit, especially the Flame Hyena. BURN! BURN TO THE GROUND! BURN! Just shut up already. Jesus. Plus, Axl’s an idiot. I definitely hope that he doesn’t permanently replace X.
Yes, you might want to rent X7 first before you burn the $29.99.
I gave it a chance, but some games weren’t meant for 3D, that’s all I have to say on it.
I don’t like X7, and I’m probably one of the biggest MM fans on the planet.
Hmmm. Well I can buy it for $24.99 but maybe I’ll wait for the price to go down even more.
I’ll probably just find some old used games to buy on PS1 or SNES. I’m still looking for both Street Fighter Collection games.
Until then I may just play Mario & Luigi until I complete it. That game is TOO fun.
