One thing I feel TO does better than FFT is the challenge. You can get to a certain point in FFT where you just go easy mode with Calculators, Dual Wielding Knights, etc. that takes a lot of challenge out of the game. I haven’t hit the ceiling in the PSP TO. It took out a lot of things that made SNES TO easy (the Snapdragon to Sword spell, global Draconic magic, infinite distance on guns, etc.) so I’m enjoying it.

Still playing Tactics Ogre PSP. Canopus is still as top tier as he was in the original. I’m on Chapter 3, and there appears to be a new area, a multi-level forest. I only finished one level and then left, because I wanted to level up my team some more elsewhere. I managed to get a golem in my party after getting the required skills for the Warlock. I also got myself a lizardman, whose class I changed to a juggernaut (I think this class is new). I want to make my main guy a White Knight now that I have the classmarks, but I don’t know how.

I forgot when and where to find Deneb…I tried checking all the shops, but I didn’t find her. I hope I didn’t miss her.

Actually, that sounds pretty good. Never played DQM but a combination of FF13 and CT is tempting.

Just finished Super Mario RPG and now I’m starting on Final Fantasy 6. :0
So far so good.

I’ve been wanting to play deus ex: human revolution, has anyone here played it? 0.0

Playing Persona 4 right now, I’m not a weaboo but this game is fun and the soundtrack is pretty good too.
I’m borrowing this from a friend so I got to buy Persona 3 after this

Three months ago, I downloaded Steam and bought a few games.

Now I have 96 titles. About half of which I’ve played more than once.

Amazing business model, Valve. Your sales get me every time. You have also gotten me back into PC games full-time.

Anyway, Serious Sam 3: BFE is fun as hell. Its like $14 on steam till the end of the day today. The way an FPS should be: fast paced, kill everything that moves, nonstop enemies, bosses, no “2-weapons only” bullshit, and over the top over all.

Also, Razer Orochi + Razer Nostromo = Dominance.

Deneb is not quite random and I think there are certain days where she appears at certain shops, but she never disappears so you don’t have to worry about that. White Knight classmarks are unique to special characters sadly, Ravness is one of them if I remember.

  • Dark Souls : On my way to Blighttown, getting the hang of the game so I hope I can hold onto humanity for better drops.
-Resonance of Fate: I’m finally getting the hang of this game, after owning it for almost 2 years now. Customizing guns and terminals finally make sense…(Chapter 5)

I’m on my way there as well. Thing is Blighttown is so nasty, it’s a mental challenge to go through. Not as bad as the Valley of Defilement in Demon’s Soul. That place made me feel terrible for putting my character there.

i’m having a blast with persona 3

What is the full list of secret characters in that game?

I’m convinced Arycelle is the T.G. Cid of that game. She’s stupid broken.

More broken than Canopus? She died when I tried to save her, so I don’t know what she’s like. But archers in general are strong.

By the way, always craft gear if you aren’t already. I can’t wait to see what late-game gear is like.

if anyone likes FT or Ogre tactics should try Vandal Hearts for ps1

Always wanted to play that. Wasn’t there a remake or something?

ya it sucked ass. The 1st one is the best

She hits way harder than Canopus, but doesn’t have his mobility and versatility. In most battles, I can rack up 100+ TP in less than 4 turns, then I just go to town. Priest casts Boon of Swiftness on Arycelle and if she doesn’t one-shot her target, Double Shot will do the job. If Double Shot isn’t enough, Slumber Shot is the end-all-be-all. She’s the hardest-hitting character in the game, and most of the time, she doesn’t need TP to lay waste to enemy legions.

I’m actually starting a fresh new game. This will be my 100% completion file, and the file I will be using to play online (like I did with War of the Lions). If you Tactics Ogre guys wanna battle each other or do missions together, get the AdHoc “app” for your PS3 and add me on PSN. We can also do it up if you have WotL.

Damn…I wish she didn’t die on me. Ah well, next playthrough I guess.

Besides TO, I’m playing Retro Game Challenge which is awesome. I like the fake magazines…the editor in chief is a guy named Dan Sock. Hilarious for anyone who’s read a certain magazine back in the day.

I think Vandal Hearts was better then ogre tactics and FT. It has such a deep story, and each character in your party has a back story, not like other tactic games were 90% of the characters are just of random generic characters

Currently playing UMvC3. I’m lovin the Heroes & Heralds mode, reminds me of Cardfighter’s Clash.

Killing Floor - PC

Left 4 Dead with more fun.

6 months in the making playing on/off hours, 6 game restart due to either leader not having enough either CHR or ALI or Morale Bar but god damn it I FINALLY beat and seen Ogre Battle’s **BEST ENDING possible! **I’m really digging Wii’s old school list of snes/n64 games. Next game up: Final Fantasy IX on PSN and afterwards Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario and Secret of Mana in Wii console. Keepin’ it classic
