the problem with the using duerte style laws in the US is that it’s unconstiutional.
What we can do is increase policing and penalties, but then the left would cry about racism. Science is also showing that “race” has an impact on violence probability, intelligence, and overall behavior, but it doesn’t know exactly how much of that is genetic and if its can be mitigated through money, specialized education, and a massive shift in culture. If we are to believe what the european jews say about themselves, we have this much influence and these many nobel peace prizes because our culture promotes behaviors that make us successful, then we should instead force those cultural behaviors on low performing demographics through the forced education we do and see how much of an impact culture and behavioral programming has on individuals.
So until we can square that away, using duerte style justice isn’t going to do anything nor does it align with the standards of the constitution.

How cute of you to imply that. The facts are that European Jews have the highest IQ, followed by Han/Korean/Japanese Asians, followed by whites, then everybody else does less, those are facts. If you want to peg them to race, culture, enviorment or a mix is the actual debatable part of those studies and really the most interesting thing, but way to live up to the expectation of the left in which any mention of these topics is followed by some idiotic gotcha question designed to stop the conversation and deny facts because it makes you uncomfortable and goes against your zealot world views.

If I believed in white man’s burden, I would advocate for legislation that like affirmative action because its up to white people to advance non whites at any cost, or that white people have an obligation to teach blacks hispanics insert whatever do as well as whites do and make this happen at any cost. Something the left is actually very fond of when they make minorities their pets.
Forcing the scholar aspects of jewish culture on poor performing demographics on poor people isn’t white mans burden. We already send kids to school, and are simply taking advantage of an established instituion in which we force to go to factory schools ran by SJW assholes who already force their useless shit on kids. That is true. Another reason though is that Americans are too liberal that they talk first before thinking. Everybody here feels they are entitled to do whatever they want. I strongly believe that this country needs to go old testament towards criminals. There have been too much horrific crimes for the last 30-50 years that it blows my mind why they still take them to trial. The suspect could have a video tape recording his/her actions and for some reason it’s still not good enough, and then you have idiots in the news debating on the reason behind their actions, just like with the recent news of those 4 black kids.

That award is meaningless and has nothing to do with peace. Obama got that and he murdered so many people in the Middle East.
I don’t see the point of throwing someone into prison for life. The idea is to throw someone in jail to punish them for their crime(s) so that they change their ways before being released back to normal society, but if you are in it for life there is no going back to normal society.
I think the prisons cost way too much money and have way too many benefits to the point where some people don’t care if they go to prison.
Criminals should be given the minimum and be forced to work inside the prison without getting any money in some form to cover the cost of the prison (but not to a profitable degree to prevent the government from throwing people in jail to make a profit), no good tasting food, etc.
I don’t think anyone deserves the death penalty, however, if someone would have found those thugs that kidnapped that kid and shot them, I wouldn’t have been disappointed.
