I dunno about that. Rand Paul is getting flack from some senior party members, so just chalking it up to partisanship seems a bit over-simplistic.

this isn’t right on topic, but a very important view of things on how the government views its citizens and what it thinks of itself with respect to us.

But the government uses this to construct its ideas and behaviors when dealing with normal people, and so do companies. I think its important to know and acknowledge this behavior and where the idea of consumerism came from and how it was made, this video talks about it, and although it is old, these ideas are still everywhere today.

Its also equally important to acknowledge the fact that the government wants to completely control and manage us, its not mind control, but the government is a very real threat when it comes to influence and behavioral manipulation.

So this happened:
