Damn danbury is fun (maaaad hot girls too) because there are just lots of people who know how to play and we just chill out and play games. Unlike in my home arcade (yonkers) where I am afraid to crack a smile after I win for the risk of getting stabbed or some shit haha. Anyway who was that who recognized me by my SRK usernameā¦? soā¦ it was very nice to see marvel picking up at danburyā¦ like 3 weeks ago i pwned too many with servbot/doom/cammyā¦ now mad bitches is raping my magneto. i gotta make it there more often, too bad itās so far away. but hey, they fixed the 3S cabinet, i even got a game in with that manager guy.
Any of you guys been in the Arcade last sunday? i was there with a girl and i had 22 wins and then emera came gave me comp and i had to go and lost to him. Any of you guys went on that day? The arcade has to buy new joysticks for that machine cuz the mvc2 joysticks suck ass.
**MvC2/CvS2 Tournament at Gameworld in Danbury **
Held at 2 PM Saturday, January 3rd, 2004
Tournament will be bracket styled
Cost - $7 to play one game, $12 to play both
Prize money will be determined depending on how many people join
If not enough people sign up to play, then the tournament will be canceled.
Rules for MvC2 -
Game breaking glitches will result in automatic D.Q
In the event of a game freezing, match will be restarted.
All characters are open to be chose BUT remember rule #1.
Once you pick a team, you many not change the order of your team. exp. if you pick magneto, storm, psylocke, your team will remain in that order.
Rules for CvS2 -
This is a 1vs1 battle between players. There is NO teaming up against 1 player
All characters are open for choosing
If game freeze, match will be restarted
Game breaking glitches are banned and will result in automatic D.Q
Once you pick a team, you cannot change the order of your team.
The purpose of this tournament is just to have fun. Itās all fun and games. Its also to raise money to fix the sticks at gameworld. For those who are thinking that they will fnd hardcore competition in Danbury, think again. We just like to have fun and this tournament is all about fun.
