i know i didnt block enough cuz i was trying to parry to punish after… but wtf happend with the tkd? im guessing he was already jumping because usually it works…
You did it too early after the dive kick, so he was still in block stun (can’t demon someone in block stun).
New to 3s but I thought I’d stick with Akuma, I only win a few in these but I felt like I did alright (Only won like 2 games though and the other Akuma has much more knowledge/better execution.) I’m looking for a new main and Gouki’s looking like he might be the way to go (Well either him or Ibuki). I’ve played him for a long time on the side but there’s so much about him I’m not familiar with (I.e char specific combos, char specific jab crossunder timing, all the various ambiguous set-ups after HK tatsu, SA1, etc, demon set-ups and all the other shit that’s gonna take some serious training mode time) and there’s a couple of fucked hit-confirms and punishes that weren’t ideal considering life and meter… but besides that, if any Gouki experts could offer some advice, that would be sick.
