Didnât bother making Thanksgiving dinner this year, feels like a âgoing through the motionsâ type task more than anything IMO. Christmas dinner on the other handâŚ
I made meatless chili this weekend with butternut squash and blackbean. It was way too spicy for me, going to try and âwaterâ it down by using the leftovers for chili dogs and potato skins.
I also made veggia lasagna last night. Eggplant, zucinni, mushrooms, cut up peppers, ricotta, goat cheese, mozzarella, ready made pasta, oh and carrots. I made one with a red sauce (Newmanâs fire roasted & garlicâŚvery meaty flavor) and the other with a white sauce.
Let me know how accurate it is and what you think please⌠seriously. I was was looking some to replace my temp checker (the old style poke an readâŚnon digital)âŚ
