What’s the deal with Sako and SF4?
I heard he had a 197 game winning streak with Viper. Aside from that I have no clue.
I recall seeing Haitaini playing Rufus during the early days of SF4.

Technically I’m missing a lot of foreign qualifier spots; I have no idea on which country got them, nor are there going to be any for certain games.
