the strap is velcro and has like a shopping cart seat belt lock thingy on it.
it’s pretty cool, but it was way to big for my skinny arm back in those days…
also I said I wore it everyday thruout all 4 years so it’s DIRTY!! 6 years later and it’s still dirty!!
