not gonna lie, $300 for any 1 article of clothing that isn’t going to be used in a wedding or job interview is pretty redic. Just chiming in on that… long time reader of this thread but never really post since my fashion sense is admittedly not the best. But seriously, uber-designer shit is overrated. You can get equivalently good looking things of the same styles for a fraction of the cost. Those bapes you’re rocking look about the same as some shit I saw at journey’s if not worse I can pretty much guarantee. The only difference is what the underside of the tongue says and the fact that you dropped $250 more on your checking account when you paid for that shit on your debit card cuz you got paid this weekend.

and just because people spend money on clothes has nothing to do with their finances. I have a 401k, and I’m working on investments so I’m comfortable blowing money on some clothing that I want. Hell, half of the people you’re talking to pretty much get their clothes for free reselling shit to the people you think you were addressing with your 2c. Don’t take this as me being a smart ass either, I’m just being real…and please show me the kohl’s jeans that you’re talking about, becuase from personal experience, cheaper clothes = cheap quality, and looking cheap never looks good.
