Truthfully when I started this thread I was at a different point in my life when buying a lot of rare sneakers and clothing mattered to me. As I got older, priorities changed and stuff like this doesn’t make sense to me. It’s not worth it. I spent a lot of money on stuff that collects dust now that I don’t wear.

Look at my last post tho. Don’t be like how I was and spend lots and lots of money on stuff that won’t matter to you years later. It’s just not worth it. I don’t wear 99% of the sneakers I have and the clothing I bought back then. I started those threads in my early 20’s and now I’m in my early 30’s and seeing younger people get into the game now is sad to me. Save your money.
I’ll tell you the same shit someone told me when I hit my 30s:
Buy classic cuts that are always in style.
A nice dark grey suit will NEVER go out of fashion. Same with a black, navy, cream etc. suits. Baby powder blue, white, and pink shirts for the crutch of your suit game along with matching ties. You can get any of the seasonal/en vogue stuff later but so long as your go-tos are solid you’re gonna be fine.
Jeans can go from skinny to wide. I’ve almost always wore skinny jeans/pants because the Ramones did and it’s never gone out of style for me. Get some slim jeans, you will ALWAYS be on point. Slim dark blue/black jeans have always been in style since their inception.
If you’re a bit more adult in your dress, you can do Uniqlo or GAP clothes and you’re gonna be fine.
A lot of clothes can be resold on eBay or given to charity for a tax deduction so you don’t really lose lots of money if you do it right.
I wear supersoft shirts. I wear roots of sport and some graphic tees based on stuff from electric zombie
I do wear short sleeve button ups. But mostly i am wearing stuff wifey picks out which means slim fit everything
Losing weight in my thirties has changed my wardrobe honestly
I still have sneakers. But really it is comfy nikes and i got one pair of jordans the viii, andre agassi and a pair of griffey air max 2
But beyond that. I wear flip flops.
Fashion doesn’t matter much when i spend most of my life in scrubs. Sold my sneakers i never wore on e-bay. Gave my fat clothes to relatives in the philippines

I just have 2 pants and a couple shirts and 1 pair of shoes. Don’t really care for clothes much since im not out to inflate my ego or anything. I’m always in the library/classroom and there’s no reason to be fashionable if thats all you do.
I am on the lookout for some black pants though since I need some sort of variation in color.
Last clothing I bought was slim fit dickies work pants and shirt. Durable, like the clean cut that I rocked when I was wrenching just a bit too baggy for wearing off the clock.
Treated myself a while back to a pair of Redwings. Was contemplating on whether I should shine them or not, my skill is not that great, could never get my military boots to shine like glass so these are,a work in progress
